Many of those proposed would be outstanding, but I would like to see Sara Gruen return and add my vote for Orson Scott Card who gives excellent writing advice, and Lois McMaster Bujold, John Marco, and Robert Asprin.

Throw in a couple of votes for God too, I can use the inspiration :)

For the Young Writers I think Jeanine Garsee would be a great addition. She is a first time novelist whose book has exceeded all expectations and with a wonderful ability to connect with the older YA audience.
