Anything jazz (Gerschwin, Glen Miller) is always good to write to because it's precisely distracting enough to alleviate stress but not too distracting that you lose your train of thought. If I have to get myself started at writing though, I really like something techno-y like Toy Box's song Best Friend or The Logical Song (by Scooter I think).
