My greatest noveling distraction is, believe it or not, the internet. Damned thing. Whenever I sit down to write I wind up checking web comics, my email, playing tetris, writing in my livejournal, or - hah - here. Then I move to a non-internet location, go hang out at the library, or the local starbucks, or heck, just go to the park and I find myself playing solitaire. I can play solitaire for hours.

I should gut my computer down to iTunes and MSWord and see how productive I am. Ah computers, how dearly do I love thee, and how deeply dost thou striketh at me.
