My greatest distraction is anything other than writing itself, but, usually, my greatest reason for not getting up and writing is because I feel too exhausted from my daily duties, like schoolwork and washing dishes. I try to write during commercial breaks on TV, but even though I can concentrate enough to read during these two-minute intervals, they're never quite enough time for me to write anything substantial.
