Here are my recommendations for noveling snacks:
Mini Pretzels - less crumbs than regular pretzels and they dont' give you those greasy fingers like chips.
Almond M&Ms - a great combo of sugar and protein with lots of crunchy interactivity.
Gummi Bears - my favorite brand is Haribo and my favorite color are the clear ones.
Licorice Pastilles - again, lots of crunchy shell plus the soft botanical taste of licorice and smoky molasses. If you can't fine the good European versions of these, Good & Plenty is a decent substitute.
Hershey Kisses - they're a pain to unwrap and of course the pile of foil that says how much you've eaten can sometimes be depresssing.
Raw Almonds - sure you can eat roasted ones or have them with salt, but I like them pretty plain.
